Founded by Stewart Blair and Evan Anderson in 1988 in the UK, BLAIR ▪ ANDERSON has been operating in the GCC since 1992 and have grown geographically to a truly international operation.

Evan Anderson

Faisal Ismail
Managing Director
Faisal Ismail is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has extensive experience in the construction industry. He joined BLAIR ▪ ANDERSON in 2005 and specialises in dispute resolution services with experience under many of the leading institutional arbitration rules. Faisal was involved in a wide range of construction related disputes and arbitration cases as advocate, arbitrator, expert witness, and as litigation support specialist which involved providing support with preparation of statement of claims, defence documents and counterclaims, witness statements, Expert Witnesses support, and various other arbitration standard submissions and correspondence.
Faisal is also experienced in the preparation of contractual claims including drafting of statement of entitlement, review of contractual obligations, analytical review of programmes and establishment of cause & effect to prove delay & disruption; and preparation of cost / quantum claims in relation to disruption, prolongation and acceleration.
